I am an IT professional with 8 years of work experience in various MNC's. Lately, before the COVID pandemic began, I had discovered my love for teaching as I was grooming freshers in my company on how to communicate effectively and precisely to avoid any misunderstanding while executing their projects. What had come to my notice is all the candidates were from well-known colleges but struggled to speak their mind. They knew English had a decent vocabulary but struggled to string words together, this was a major set back in their professional careers and that is a problem I wish to address.
Ever since the lock-downs and travel restrictions I have a lot of free time at hand and wish to try and address this issue and help a few kids to achieve their goal.

I do not have any certifications but my work experience has given me ample opportunities to pick all the skills necessary for effective communication.
