With the increased usage of technical jargon and mixed languages spoken along with English is actually having a significant impact on the kind of english spoken earlier. For eg., people may include few hindi or any other regional language words while greeting somebody. This may/may not affect the message one wishes to convey but at times it becomes tricky to actually understand what the person on the other side wishes to say

Spoken english can be improved by
1. Practicing looking at yourself in the mirror for at least 10 minutes a day
2. Try speaking to people around you in English if possible
3. Try reading english newspapers daily
4. Listen to english news and try recalling the spellings and pronunciation of difficult words of the day
5. If you find a difficulty in understanding a spelling, don't google the word, instead look for a dictionary and search the word.
