I trained as part of my role within all the members of the NPOs and have run many training sessions over the last 4 years. Also worked as a Proficiency trainer for kids ranging from Age group 8 to 16.

Took various sessions while in college and for different organizations as a freelancer.

I think a good trainer needs to be well prepared and know what message they're wanting to convey. Then deliver the same message in different ways.

For Corporates:

There has been considerable focus on how external communication – advertising, public relations, etc – helps corporations build a corporate image to differentiate themselves from competitors in an increasingly crowded marketplace. This corporate image is important as it is a basis on which stakeholders choose to establish contact or business transactions with the organization and whether or not to attach good or ill will towards it (Schuler, 2004). On the other hand, the role of internal communication and training in building corporate brands has received less attention in the academic literature.

So I believe If the internal communication for the corporate is strong enough then no way the success will ever be demeaning for that organization. I provide training to improve those skills on the base levels .
