Job Profile

• Performing as the Branch Manager Assess local market conditions, identify current and prospective sales opportunities and develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans for the branch.

• Generate a strong database of prospective students through Tele-calling and email campaigns.

• Ability to manage a profit Center, Optimize revenue, sales & marketing orientation, asset utilization, good in administration, & delivery management

• Preparing Financial Reports and Collection and Focusing on Revenue. • Handling and focusing on Counseling Session, Sales, Marketing & Business Development/ Corporate Tie-ups Launching, Developing, Training Education Industry.

• Update students on course developments and assist in providing access to e-tutoring and e-learning facilities.

• Develop and implement sales and profitability plans according to account management principles that ensure the development and maintenance of account plans

• Offer advice and guide students in selecting courses appropriate to their career needs.

• Address student concerns and offer pre-sales and post-sales service to the students.

• Direct all operational aspects of the branch to include distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales in a manner that supports reaching the profitability goals.

• Ensure that all areas of work performance or departments are properly staffed and directed. Provide training, coaching, development and motivation to bring out the best in each distribution team member

• Take on the responsibility for the orientation of all new employees. Take on the responsibility for evaluation of all employees

• Recommend desirable changes in the policies and goals of the branch and the organization.

• Assist management in developing branch and organizational objectives, and also in formulating policies and budgets

• Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.

Manage the branch honestly, follow high ethical standards, and comply with all government regulations

• Supporting the development of a quality management strategy and appropriate systems. Developing new marketing and promotion strategies and implementing action point for people inquiring about franchise opportunities.
