IdentityMy life has been a harmonious blend of Western classical music, Indian classical music, and a profound love for teaching. With over 9 years of experience, I've become deeply entrenched in the world of piano and keyboard, exploring the vast landscapes of musical expression.
I proudly hold a Grade 6 certification in Piano and Keyboard from Trinity College, along with a Grade 4 certification in Music Theory. My academic journey also includes a BA Honors in Indian Classical Music, and I've earned the prestigious title of Visharad from Bharathkhande University Lucknow. Music is not just my profession; it's my passion, and I've been sharing that passion since 2016.
My teaching odyssey began at the YMCA, where I served as a music teacher, and for the past 5 years, I've been contributing my knowledge and expertise to the students at the Swara Music School. I believe in the power of live performances, and I've been actively involved in solo music concerts in Delhi, performing annually to captivate audiences with the beauty of Western classical music.
Adding to the musical tapestry, I am a proud member of the Swara Music Band. In 2019, we clinched victory in a Western classical piano competition, showcasing our dedication and skill in the art.
Whether it's online or in the comfort of your home, my lessons cater to all age groups, ranging from 40 minutes to an hour. The sessions are interactive, providing a dynamic platform for students to engage and immerse themselves in the world of music. I use live sessions to connect with my students personally, fostering a supportive and encouraging learning environment.
While I may not rely on specific materials or tools during sessions, I do provide detailed notes to aid in practice and reinforce the concepts covered. My mission is to inspire a love for music, share the joy of playing the piano and keyboard, and guide my students on a musical journey that transcends boundaries and cultures.
