IdentityAs of now I recently completed Postgraduate Program in Development Leadership (Development Leaders For India) from Kayantar Foundation. It has helped me enhance my skills in competencies like systems and design thinking, management and monitoring using program theory, and understanding the problem using iceberg and problem tree. In kayantar, I designed and implemented projects for quality and sustainable education and tried to fill up the gap between children, teachers and parents.
Before joining Kayantar, I had completed my Bachelors in Commerce from a university in Mewat, Al Falah University, Dhauj Faridabad. Then I went on to pursue my career in social work and pursued a Masters in Social Work which I am currently pursuing.
