They i need proper guidance and support of career counselor so that they can solve their problems to career counselor on one to one based or parents 

They must be aware of each every r difficulties  to solve i can help rlto solve their problems as career counseling to all the students students are not aware of career counseling sessions

Their age is not enough to understand value of career counseling and career development they should be aware of so that they don't lost valuable time in there career path in college and career part
