DESCRIPTION :

1) As a Team Leader, I has to Initiate the work for my Team.
2) The project has been loaded into Linux Platform (Fedora 14).
3) The aim of the project is to collaborate all the data including( office, Library, Head of the Departments, Staff, Student’s ) into Single stuff.
4) The project will run on IBMX3100 Server.
5) We people are there to Maintain Server as well as the project “OFFICE AUTOMATION”.
6) The project was purely running on “MYSQL” AND “APACHE SERVER” as Backend.
7) The project was purely running on “JAVA” as frontend.
8) We people are here to check the services like “NETWORK CONFIGURTION”, “MYSQL” AND “APACHE” on daily basis.
9) As well as, we have to take the backup, where the people of entire campus will enter their credentials and user related data using “AUTOMATED BACKUP SYSTEM” CALLED “CRONTAB”.
10) Apart from the above said, we have to take care of the systems, which are in entire campus (478).
11) We have to maintain FTP Server in Linux Console using Public IP.
12) Setup and maintain Internet connections
