This course / training is focused on the health and fitness.
The training would focus on the healthy body composition with the help of structured training -
Strength Training
Cardio Workouts - on spot, outdoor (running, walking)
Yoga
Breathing Workouts
Long Distance Running.
Guidance will be provided on lifestyle training through talk sessions and whatsapp groups.
Lifestyle training would include - Nutrition, Stress Management, Sleep, Hydration etc.
The communication channel will be open on a daily basis so tha the complate monitoring and guidance can be maintained.
The guidance on the health report on the basic parameters concerning with Lifestyle Medical Conditions like - obesity, fatty liver, diabetes, hypothyroidism etc.
A regular monitoring of the health report - Lipid, Sugar, Uric Acid, Vitamins etc will also be required in order to reverse the Lifestyle medical conditions, if any.
The classes can be organised as a group with minimum 5 people and maximum 10 people or one-on-one as well.
