How to effectively build emails . Email etiquettes for specific situations such as escalations , introductions, plans, arguments, clarifications and information.
Unit 3- English - public speaking skills-
How to master public speaking skills . Overcoming fear to open up , how to grab audience attention , how to use verbal and non verbal cues to the advantage of the speaker.
Unit 4- Presentation skills
Summary on how to effectively present PowerPoint presentations . How to succinctly provide numbers , multiple information to clients and others.
Unit 5- Cross cultural knowledge for executives
How to handle international travel? What are the etiquettes to follow during the same consciously ? The science behind the same .
Assignments will be provided for each topic . Professionals can opt for individual topics as well which will be 4 hours each and a price of Rs 1600 per unit. Overall cost for the short course is Rs. 4000.
