IdentityI hold a Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry from MPMM SN Trust College, Calicut University, Kerala, India, where I graduated in 2021 with 72%. Prior to that, I completed my Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry from the same institution in 2019 with a score of 71%. Throughout my academic career, I have participated in various workshops, including a two-day workshop on "Research Methodology, Writing Practices, Language and Soft Skills." I have also completed training in manufacturing and food safety and achieved a 7 band score (C1 level) in the International English Language Testing System (IELTS).
I have worked as a Scientific Research Officer at Athachi Wellness Pvt. Ltd. from October 2022 to July 2024, where I led formulation development for cosmeceutical products such as anti-aging creams, serums, and sunscreens. My responsibilities included ingredient analysis of both natural and synthetic actives, stability testing, and sourcing innovative ingredients. Additionally, I led soap production projects, developing organic handmade soaps that target specific skin concerns like acne and tanning. I also worked closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, packaging, and quality assurance, to ensure product development from concept to market. My technical expertise includes wet chemistry analysis of finished products and preparing detailed technical documentation, such as formulation protocols and safety data sheets.
I have also gained experience through academic research projects, including working as a trainee at the National Chemical Laboratory in Pune on silicon-based drug discovery for cancer treatment.
