Over the past six years, I've immersed myself in the world of yoga, fitness, and dance, offering instruction in various dance styles excluding classical and Kathak. Despite my educational background, I've dedicated myself to mastering these disciplines, leveraging my passion and hands-on experience to guide others on their fitness and dance journeys.

My journey began with a personal quest for wellness and self-discovery, leading me to explore yoga, fitness, and various dance styles. While my formal education may be limited to completing high school, my dedication to learning and sharing my knowledge has been unwavering.

I've honed my skills through training at home and gaining practical experience working at dance studios. This hands-on approach has not only deepened my understanding of yoga, fitness, and dance but has also allowed me to develop effective teaching methods tailored to the needs of my students.

In both offline and online settings, I offer one-hour sessions that blend practical instruction with live demonstrations. These sessions are designed to be interactive and engaging, providing students with the opportunity to actively participate and refine their techniques under my guidance.
