Teaching Experience in detail in Class I-V Tuition
Children of this age group are keen and fast learners hence interaction via teaching is a mutually advantageous process . Their minds are more open to constructive and pro active learning skills and techniques. Curiosity is a key component to effective learning and students of Class 1-5 are more responsive if taught properly. The idea behind any sort of teaching activity is that its a two way path :teacher & taught , and both need to enjoy the ride with innovation and ability as constant companions. Personally, methodology in communication while teaching is crucial. if a student is seemingly bored or uninterested , the onus is on the tutor. The idea is to learn in the absence of any kind of intimidation or "disciplinary tools" . In my opinion, an able tutor engages and ensures attentiveness of the students through creativity and ingenuity not by following a redundant way of teaching! Most importantly, earning the trust of students(s) is the gateway to furthering academic proficiency in a healthy and not traditionally dictatorial way. A good teacher learns from the interaction without getting egotistical about his/her ways of communication. The millennial generation is a tech driven lot so to bring them around to activities like reading books , conversing without rehearsing , thinking out-of-the-box et al is a task that can be achieved with investment of time and patience; both of which are easily available to me for offline, personalised tutoring. Teaching is a gift...a natural talent and I know that I am blessed with it.
