Both the xourses and the topics covered under each head are different 

Foe spoken English  it's more about sentence structure, vocabulary colloquial phrases, intonation fluency so that one feels confident enough to speak 

However personality development is much wider as it covers Body language speaking ability and refining the strengths of your personality 

Fee is 4500 per month and each lesson is an hour long( same for spoken English
