"This teacher is totally unprofessional. He doesn’t bother to reply to messages, ignores calls, and acts super ignorant. I've already paid for the classes, but I feel like he's not the kind of teacher I want to learn from. I've been chasing after him until now, but I'm at my wit's end. I'm seriously thinking about asking UrbanPro for a replacement or a refund. "
