It is good to move to AWS as you will learn many new things in AWS as well as you will not be changing your entire domain out of a security. As in AWS or any public cloud security is the biggest question in everyone's mind.
Get some basics trainings and appear for the AWS certification.

As per the number of services and expanding their business, I will say AWS is the best cloud technology.
But both are more or less the same. Only naming conventions are different from each other. If it is for your career perspective AWS is good as most of the accounts are majorly moving to AWS and also in coming future, many startups are getting linked with AWS majorly.
