IdentityWelcome to my world of yoga and travel! I’m Bara Brezinova, a passionate yoga teacher and avid traveler. My journey with yoga began as a personal quest for balance, strength and inner peace, and it has since blossomed into a lifelong commitment to sharing this transformative practice with others.
With a solid foundation in Iyengar yoga and over 700 hours of teacher training in Czechia, India, and Costa Rica, I specialise in right alignment, creative flow, and muscle activation (AYAMA). My classes are crafted to help you connect deeply with your body, mind, and breath, offering a unique blend of strength and serenity.
I’ve had the privilege of teaching in diverse locations across Czechia, Mexico, Guatemala, and Nicaragua. As a traveler, I’m inspired by the diverse cultures and landscapes I encounter, and I love to weave these experiences into my teaching. These experiences have enriched my practice and teaching style, allowing me to bring a global perspective to every session. My goal is to offer yoga classes that not only strengthen the body but also nurture the soul, bringing the essence of each unique destination into our practice.
No matter your level—whether you're a beginner or advanced—I always find a way to make the class both interesting and challenging. I love curating background music that enhances the theme of each session, and I’m dedicated to creating a Shavasana experience like no other, leaving you refreshed and rejuvenated.
