Dr Swapnil Saikhedkar

As a Medical Officer and Assistant Professor in the Indian Army, I have been serving the nation and enhancing my medical and academic skills for over 14 years. I have a strong background in human physiology, obesity management, and diabetes mellitus and a postgraduate degree in hospital and healthcare facilities administration.
My leadership and management experience spans various domains, such as patient care, human resources, medical store management, and troop training. I have also worked in challenging environments and handled military and civilian casualties professionally and efficiently. I am passionate about applying emerging healthcare technologies and strategic planning to improve the health outcomes and performance of the organization. I am proud to have received a gold medal and ranked third in order of merit in the MD Physiology Examination (MUHS Nashik). My career goal is to continue learning and growing as a healthcare leader and educator in the military.
