"He tried to do scam with me. His profile shows 300/ hr and seeing that i contacted him for python training but he tried to charge me 3000/ hr. I advice students beware of such scammers who ask 10 times of their quote and even don't know how to use a loop in python. "

Have you attended any class or paid anything share the screenshot, let people choose they have their intellect to choose. Don't blame for your non sense or mis understanding whatever you have.

"This is not a teacher but scammer. On his page he he posted 300 per hour but when i contacted him seeing his fees he was asking 3000 per hour. This is a scam and and urbonpro should not allow such scammers on their platform. When I ask why 10 times he said i am not here to sell samosa. "

Thanks for posting at least people will be more careful in choosing there mentor before investing. Again I have good set of students don't want to prove that whether I am a scammer or mentor. Urban-pro already has good system in terms of payment that no-one can scam, just don't make payments from other platforms like through shared qrs, links and person shared vpa's and it is also privacy breach for us to share any personal detail whether it is contact details or account details.
