I’ve spent close to a decade in the corporate sector in the Human Resources department of one of the leading Insurance companies of India. I’ve managed teams working In HR departments like HR operations, Business HR, Compensation & Benefits, HR automation and HR compliance.
I’ve received appreciation for my work from my Superiors as well as the CEO of the organization.
I was nominated to attend programs like Women in leadership (internal workshop) and an HR workshop conducted by CEB in Munich (with participants across the globe), among others.
Post my corporate sector stint, I co-founded and even currently manage a small home grown business which manufactures and sells products in the women’s fashion space and also gifting solutions.
I feel my experience and exposure (thanks to my travels to many countries within Asia & Europe) has given me exposure and perspective to supplement my professional learnings.
I am good with MS word, excel and PowerPoint. I enjoy reading, running in 10k events and public speaking.
