Pregnancy is one of the most beautiful phase of women's life. Nurturing a new life is huge responsibility and wonderful experience in itself. To provide favourable environment for the budding life, it becomes very important for the mother to take care of own body and mind during and after pregnancy and there is where yoga comes very handy. Yoga focuses on overall well-being of both mother and baby. Setting a right intent for the baby, garbh sanskar plays very important role. Garbh sanskar is one of the important practice we inculcate in our yoga daily routine. During pregnancy you will get to learn and experience various things along with garbh sanskar you will learn kriyas, asan practice, breathing techniques, various relaxation techniques, meditation, etc. As everyone's body is different so is the pregnancy experiences. No two pregnancies are same even for the same woman. Therefore, all the practices are customised as per mother's experiences during all three trimesters. All the learnings and practices help mother to dive through pregnancy phase with calmness at mind level and with lots of strength at physical level. I am a certified Yoga teacher. Yoga has been a part of my life for over 11 years, and my practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully. Experiencing the magic of yoga in my life, I'm compassionate about helping people who also are willing to receive the benefits of yoga for their well-being. In my classes, I love to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice. I seek to help others thrive in live by nurturing body, mind and soul with yoga, and my hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced.
