I have been Practicing Pilates since 11 years & teaching since past 7 years working in group set up or individual classes. I teach Matwork Pilates which focuses towards core strengthening, posture corrections, pelvic floor strengthening, muscle building, overall strength training, Flexibility, toning & mind body coordination. Pilates is a beautiful Holistically designed excercise mechanism which works minusest of our muscles in our body which we never work in the gym. It is very good for an effective breath work & enhances our breath flow. It is an amazing body art movement flow mechanism which is a perfect blend of Yoga postures & dance movements. Pilates strengthens weaker joints & works very well for joint rehabilitation. It is good for any age group starting from a very young age to seniors. It is one of the best low impact excercise system suitable for all bodies. My Pilates Journey started with my own weak body & joints issues & in no time I felt an amazing change & overall response of my breath body & mind evolved into a better being. Pilates is very meditative & is a soulful practice.
