• Delivery management of complex OSS Transformation programs and projects, in close association with Prg Manager
• Integration with FMS/PMS systems, Order Management and provisioning tools.
• Creation of OSS Tooling roadmap, aligned with the OSS Architecture blueprint, aligned with Technology (OSS) processes, driving and/or enabling future activity efficiency, flexibility and robustness
• Complete ownership of Remedy-On-Demand (SaS) operation, successful transition of SaS operation from HCL to BMC
• Broad experience in the full life cycle of the software development process including requirement analysis, design, development, implementation, testing and maintenance of projects – Waterfall Model and Scrum Agile model

• Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting organizational, communication, prioritization, problem-solving and leadership skills with the ability to create and sustain a high work tempo

• Proficient in delivering BMC product training, Best Practices workshops and Application Design Techniques workshops to BMC Customers and partners.
