Oracle DBA OCP

"He voluntarily called me to teach oracle database administration, I asked him to complete the course ASAP and he told me 35 classes are required at any cost. He hardly took classes for 2 to 3 days per a week. Lot of cancelling scheduled classes and rescheduling happens, the first class itself reschedule to next day. He teaches oracle on windows but not on Unix. You needed to find another tutor for advanced oracle and he don't teach. The doubts during the practice in lab, he will say I will fix in the next class, that will never happen. when I insisted him to clarify my doubts , he asked me to pay the second instalment , after the second instalment payment , he has taken only 4 to 5 classes and not assisted me during the lab, I requested him saying that I was uploaded my resume in job portals and complete the course ASAP without cancel the classes , he called me and said he is cancelling the classes for next 3 weeks saying that his mother-in-law is not feeling well . Later he resumed the classes and told me that he has not interested to continue the classes since I have bad attitude. I requested him to continue the classes since I have uploaded my resume but he has declined and started bullying me by saying that I will return back your fee. I asked him to return back the full fee since my time wasted, he did return back some amount but when I asked him to return back my full fee, he return back my second instalment. I was left in middle; my time and half fee has been wasted. "
