About Me:

I am a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience, currently serving as the Marketing Head in a private industry. With a solid foundation in engineering, I hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, a Postgraduate Diploma in Operations and Material Management, and an MBA in Operations. Additionally, I am a certified Project Manager, Quality Manager, and NDT Personnel, among other qualifications.

Passion for Teaching :

Teaching has always been my passion. For the past 20 years, alongside my professional career, I have been dedicated to providing home, online, and tutor home tuition since 2004. My teaching expertise spans all subjects up to the 10th standard. I take great pride in fostering a love for learning in my students and helping them achieve their academic goals.

Career Guidance and Community Work :

In addition to teaching, I am a career guidance professional. My work with the IDEA Foundation in Pune has been particularly fulfilling. Through this initiative, I focus on minimizing school dropouts and addressing issues related to education, skill development, and overall student growth. My efforts are directed towards creating a supportive and enriching environment for students to thrive.

Additional Experience :

My experience also includes working as an MS-CIT instructor and providing personal tutoring for individual guidance. My multifaceted career and dedication to education have equipped me with a unique blend of skills and insights, enabling me to contribute effectively to both my professional field and my passion for teaching.
