In the corporate sector, there's sitting work for more than 12 hrs, prolonged sitting causes back issues, swelling in legs & drowsiness. For that sitting stretches like Tadasana, Kati Chakrasana, tikonasana, Hasta Padasana, Paschimottanasana, hand rotations, neck rotation, Brahma mudra, supine postures like Pavanmuktasana will be helpful.
