Which states and cities in India have the maximum recruitment in CAD software for design engineers?

Universal law is demand and supply. So where mechanical industries are more like Chennai, Bangalore, Gujrat, Indore, etc where their is industrial hub. So cad requiremens r more there. Thanks.
