I have a strong background and extensive experience in education, which has prepared me well for a teaching career. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education, with a focus on Physics , from Vinoba Bhave University. Additionally, I have completed a Master’s degree in Physics from Nalanda Open University, which has deepened my understanding of pedagogical theories and effective teaching strategies.

Over the past 3 years, I have had the privilege of working in diverse educational settings, including Army Public School , PM Shri kendriya Vidyalaya. This experience has given me a comprehensive understanding of different student needs and learning environments.

I have taught 8-15 age groups and have developed and implemented curriculum plans that align with state standards and educational best practices. My approach to teaching is student-centered, focusing on engaging students through interactive lessons and hands-on activities that foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Classroom management is a strength of mine, as I have successfully maintained a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel respected and motivated to learn. I employ various assessment methods to monitor student progress and adapt my teaching methods to ensure each student achieves their full potential.

In addition to my classroom experience, I have participated in numerous professional development opportunities, including workshops, conferences, and courses on the latest educational technology and instructional strategies.

Furthermore, I believe in the importance of building strong relationships with parents and the community. I regularly communicate with parents to keep them informed about their child's progress and to work together to support each student’s educational journey.
