I am doing hotel management. And i work in a reputed bakery section as a part time. My teaching experience is not too but i have done 1 year. As a chef i worked in a five star property " Intercontinental Resort & Spa , Mahaballipuram, Chennai as a Trainee for 6 months. I learned here many types of dishes.. it is related to North Indian cuisine, south indian cuisine , Bakery dishes , making cakes nd etc.
