I m a nursery teacher,I have been teaching In Aloans Dreamcatcher school for 2 years meanwhile I have completed D.EL.ED and qualified CTET.My highest qualification is MA in Economics from St. Xavier's college Ranchi.Teaching is my passion l teach students Maths,English and EVS. Conduct and organize the learning process to the need of all students with a concern for their intrest,special talents, individual style and pace of learning. Treat children with dighity and respect. Be approachable to students and parents. promote maximum students participation and assist them in analyzing and improving intelectual ability of study. Monitor students process constantly and adjust the pace of work accordingly. Ensure that all children pay attention to the lesson plan delivered.Enforce regulation concerning the students conduct and discipline and maintain standards for students behavior while teaching . Enhance and implement teaching methodologies such as use TLM , activities,games,classroom discussion,movies and mind maps. I capable of teaching and explain in online platform able to convey concept to understandable manner. Patience is the key in understanding the needs of the young learners navigate life in the classroom as hey often lack the ability to express. Passion and Creativity Passion, commitment and dedication to show in everything that preschool teachers do within the classroom. I have ability to teach the students in online platform by Zoom and google meet.I realized l can teach students from my home they can learn fromtheir home without going anywhere.
