Teaching Experience in detail in Guitar Classes

I started teaching right after I got my certificates in the guitar performance and learning, that is about 5 years back. I have successfully taught 15 students individually, beginning from friends to professional classes. Having the technical edge over the others, I wish to combine the different aspects of music with technology, like knowing more about guitar pick ups, ideas and development of a better sound by tuning variations, and the like. According to me, the fundamentals are the most crucial part of any western classical music instrument, and a knowledge in music theory makes it easier to apply the concepts to various instruments. Over the years, I have made a good curriculum, which is a balance of the music theory, performance aspects and technical knowledge without a compromise in the actual learning of the instrument. Along with this, I have trained over 60 students in my college cultural committee to achieve various feats and thus have a good management experience too. I am well versed with the innovations and creativity needed at this hour and at par with the developments in the guitar playing too, and lastly I focus on improving not only musicality but a overall outlook to music and its relevance in our lives.
