I started as a teacher after I finished my master’s degree in Physics. For a year I worked at a private college where I had the opportunity to interact and help many talented and motivated students. But, soon I realised that a good amount of my time in college was getting wasted in either administrative works or common room chitchats. I decided to quit and join a more productive work environment where I could focus solely on teaching and related activities. I have been working in coaching institutions for three years now. During my experience as a teacher I have learned a lot about the student-teacher interaction process. I had the opportunity to work with some very experienced and talented colleagues. I also learned a great deal about how to make the delivery of content effective and efficient.
