I have worked with children from 1st grade to 10th grade during my period as a trainer at spellbee world. The best and easiest way to teach children is to relate with them at levels only they will understand, which is my skill precisely. I teach which references closest to them. The art of teaching is rather complex as it differs from a child to child, understanding their requirements and teaching accordingly is something I have learnt over a period of time. My goal is to make them love the subject just as much as I do. I believe that its the teacher who makes the difference and not just the subject.
