Hello all, What is helpful take SAP training from real time trainer / local institute trainer/online training for getting clear /detail knowledge for cracking interview. 1) Real time trainer - No practical knowledge only theoretically knowledge 2) Local institute - Half knowledge. Hi Priya, According to me, getting trained from an experienced trainer, who during the training sessions, give real time experiences and examples really help in understanding the subject (module) well. Whether online/offline does not really matter. Normally I suggest that the student needs to ask as many questions as possible which needs to be answered by the trainer. Last, but not the least the student needs to put in efforts and practice a lot, during or post training, which would really help them crack any kind of interview. Prasanna read less

Hi Priya, I would be agreed with Mr Pradeep's Reply with some extend. As Pradeep said Realtime Trainers are associated with SAP Project (may be CMML1 and Mid level company) that doesn't matter. but they will give you good practical knowledge which would be helpful for you. Local Institutions: THEY ARE NOT PROVIDING TRAINING WITH ZERO KNOWLEDGE , they arranged trainer whether it may be realtime consultant or fresher candidates who has already completed their SAP training and wanted to practice ,so this is the best way to provide training through some institutions. Everybody is working for money so we cant point out anybody working style..This is depends upon every individual to whom they are choosing Individual trainer or Institution? Just find a good trainer, check their credentials, attend the demo session and decide before joining. Practice daily in IDES System if you have server access and open and read Help Notes on IDES Screen for each step you use. Google for blogs by Experts in a particular module and search for FAQs. Also explore in Google using different key words to get what you are looking for. Its only practice makes one perfect. Focus on gaining subject knowledge, as every company will have a training session after induction before putting you on job and its only your knowledge that will help you in understanding the concepts and grasp things much faster. read less

Hi Priya, The Local institues engage real time working people for training. Due to this you will not only get the detailed knowledge you also get to peek into their real experience of project/implementation (this is the actual value). To answer your question, your understanding is not 100% true. The Local Institutes have proper syllabus prepared which doubles as a checklist to review the progress of the training. Just in case the trainer misses a topic then the same can be verified by checking with syllabus. In short the local training institutes give the best of Real-time trainers and systematic approach to training. But this is all of no use if you do not practice on the system daily the topics taught on that day else you will forget and trainer will not be able to help you much on that.
