I completed my Ph.D. in functional food in June 2023 and have authored two published research articles in peer-reviewed journals, with an additional manuscript currently under revision. These experiences have instilled in me a deep appreciation for clarity and precision in scientific communication.
Furthermore, my tenure as a Subject Matter Expert at Chegg India Pvt Ltd. equipped me with valuable experience in simplifying complex concepts and articulating ideas effectively. This role enhanced my ability to bridge the gap between technical knowledge and accessible content.
As a researcher, I have developed a deep understanding of complex scientific concepts and practices through extensive reading and interaction with professionals in the field. My strengths lie in communicating technical information accurately and concisely, and being responsive to feedback for continuous improvement. I am adept at critical thinking, quick learning, effective time management, and collaborative teamwork.

I have taught analytical biochemistry and plant cell and tissue culture, both theory and practical to the undergrad students during my doctoral studies. It was a deeply rewarding experience. Witnessing students develop their analytical skills and gain a deeper appreciation for the subjects was fulfilling. The challenge of making complex concepts accessible and engaging drove me to continually refine my teaching methods. The experience also underscored the importance of adaptability and responsiveness to student needs, which will inform my future teaching endeavors. Some of my responsibilities as their mentor are listed below.
• Delivered engaging lectures and interactive lessons using multimedia tools, models, and experiments.
• Laboratory Supervision: Conducted laboratory sessions where students performed experiments, collected data, and analyzed results.
• Assessment and Feedback: Developed a range of assessments, including quizzes, tests, lab reports, and projects. Provided timely and constructive feedback to help students understand their progress and areas for improvement.
