I worked with children age ranging from ten to fifteen years old and taught them grammar, told the little children stories. And explained their lessons from schools and solved whatever problems they had that was not cleared with the teacher. I was able to teach them how to read and write correct english so that they are able to communicate well with people outside their environment.
