You have to practice more and more. Without practising, you won't get the fluency. I suggest you participate in group discussions with your friends more frequently. Maybe you can do a job where you need to speak in English. You have to start thinking in English. When you get stuck, you think in your native language, and that's where you make a mistake. You should not translate in your mind from your native language to English; instead, you should start thinking in English only.
