The fundamental rights are basic human rights of all citizens. The right to education has been recognized as human right in a number of countries. 

Right to education is a fundamental right that means---1. The right to education is legally guaranteed for all without any discrimination.

2 .states  have duty to protect, respect and fulfil the right of education.

3.There is ways to protect and safeguard  the right to education  .As the courts can protect and safeguard the other fundamental  rights, if someone’s rights are violated .
