1. Describe a project where you had to manage your time effectively to meet tight deadlines.

Along with being an ESL teacher, I'm also a Virtual Assistant. Which means a request for multiple and urgent tasks are undeniable. In my previous project I had to make Offering Memorandums for property listings for a real estate professional New Mexico which took more than 24 hours at times. One of the days, my boss had a last minute property visit but its OM was not even created. I was requested for one but only had 3 hours. Made the best of what I had, used Canva and all sorts of AIs and presented the OM before time! 

Certainly! One project that comes to mind is when I was tasked with organizing a large-scale event within a short timeframe. With tight deadlines looming, I created a detailed timeline outlining all necessary tasks and deadlines. I prioritized tasks based on urgency and importance, delegating responsibilities where possible to maximize efficiency. I also utilized time management techniques such as setting aside specific blocks of time for focused work and minimizing distractions. By closely monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed, I was able to ensure that all tasks were completed on schedule, allowing the event to be executed successfully within the tight deadline.

In a marketing campaign launch, I meticulously planned tasks, allocated resources efficiently, and set clear milestones to ensure timely delivery. By delegating responsibilities effectively and staying organized, we met the tight deadlines without compromising quality.
