Have you ever feel low about yourself? Have you ever thought that you can't do anything? As a student, have you ever feel depressed about your studies? You yes you, I 'm talking to one who currently is reading my post. Then fear not about it because you're now going to see inside your brain.
You're now going to learn what happens to you when you are sad and unhappy and depressed. Let's start our journey inside your mind. Your brain has trillions of neuron or also called as brain cells; these cells are connected via synapsis or neural links, they communicate with each other via neurotransmitter, which is of different kinds.
Now the release of these NEUROTRANSMITTER depends on YOUR MOOD, means when you are happy brain release serotonin, and when you are sad, it releases GABA or glycine. Now serotonin has a positive effect on your brain; thus, you feel motivated, whereas glycine has a negative impact, and you feel low. To keep you motivated your mind need serotonin all the time.
But where do you get serotonin from?
It is present in almond, tomatoes, spinach, turmeric, fruits etc
So start eating this thing and do regular exercise to keep your brain energetic and healthy.
Thank you!
