It's been an extremely enriching experience taking board classes in school. Students of different calibre and attitude need to be dealt differently. But their smiles on the result day and their thanks messages compensates for all the pain and effort. My achievement doesn't come from the number of students securing 90 and above but I feel happy when the weaker ones clear the exam with flying colours. Also , making mathematics a comfortable teaching experience is a challenge specially in class x because till class ninth 60 % students don't really pay attention to studies and suddenly they have to make up for everything in one year because everyone is expecting miraculous result.Neverthless teaching teenagers is an extremely difficult but enriching experience in itself. When the weak ones find the courage to study mathematics further in class xi , is quite rewarding.
