Lots of answers here! But consider this :) Negative Thinking arises from fear! Fear arises from uncertainty or the unknown! Fear arises from your inability to control! First let go of fear. This is how to do it. Let the negative thought come. Don't try to stop it. Let the thought proceed it until it has caused the worst possible outcome. Since you survived the outcome of this negative thought, the negative thought will then disappear and not come again. Once you are rid of negaitve thoughts that are bothering you, start reinforcing your mind with positive thougths to replace the void. How to think positive thoughts? You can start by looking around you and listing all those things without which your life would be lacking. Think about them and thank them. Then you are ready to meditate on these positive thoughts. read less

Daily night apply a combination of Jasmine ( 4 drops), Lavender (4 drops) and orange ( 2 drops) of essensital oil in the coconut oil to your feet before sleeping... 4. Daily morning upto 9 am SAY NAMASTE TO THE SUN AND RECEIVE SUN ENERGY and ask HIM that his fire transmutes all negativity in you in is shinning energetic light 5. Choose a day soon in your calender and go to any seaface and just be in the space of sunset... Sunset makes it easy for u to release loads and for Sun to take way with PANCHMAHABUTA everything that is unwanted for you... 6. Have Green Tea Especially Ginger-lemon...eat citric fruits like orange... 7. Wear Happy Colours...avoid black, dark navyblue kinds of colours for few days..
