Hii Yogesh. First thing you have to do is start reading English newspaper daily and keep dictionary with you to get the meanings. Also try to search 5 to 10 new English words daily and its meaning and try to use those words in your daily conversation.

You will also be able to understand the verbal tone which should be used while speaking in different situations. Pick up vocabulary words by reading English newspapers, texts and paperbacks; use those to construct sentences of your own.
