Active voice is the subject of the sentence is doing the actions and passive voice is the action is done on a subject active voice meaning clear and direct passive voice meaning is confusing and indirect

In the active voice, the sentence's subject performs the action on the action's target. In the passive voice, the target of the action is the main focus, and the verb acts upon the subject.
