Thumb rule to learn English language
1) Read only English, watch only English, it can be any thing - This will help you understand the basics, help know words...in long run it will help build good vocabulary
1) Try to speak in English, even though you know you are speaking wrong English - This will remove hesitation and build confidence.
Languages can be learnt in a month's time, if learn't sincerely.
To begin with start watching English News Channel (Timenow, Wion etc).

English cannot be imitated just by watching English shows, you can only grasp the accent. Although there are certain shows which when you watch, you can definitely focus more on the way the characters are speaking and also the vocabulary of words that strike you so much, and keeping a note of the words. Later finding the meaning of such words and try to use them in appropriate places wherever required. So you can watch True Detective, Crown, House of cards. But reading good noteworthy English stories and daily editorials will always rescue you alot.
