Watching videos for the sake of improving your spoken english might get boring after a while if you don't have real interest in the topic. I recommend picking a topic of your choice and watching the Ted videos in that topic. It gives you an opportunity to not only pick up good communication skills but also the presentation skills. The best way to improve spoken English is to practice regularly and especially to stop thinking in your mother tongue and trying to translate to English. Your language skills will greatly improve when you make a habit of forcefully thinking in English.
