If you have an indoor swimming pool then it’s fine you can continue swimming. But assuming you don’t have one I would suggest you discontinue it.
Swimming in winter has one major con which is that the water will feel ice-cold unless you have a hot water pool. I am considering that you haven’t one. And as per my knowledge, the ice-cold water will probably deprive you of the joy of swimming or you can catch a nasty cold.
So ask yourself will you be able to bear the ice-cold water without catching yourself cold?
If you can then you can continue swimming in winter preferably during noon though I would advise you to discontinue swimming in winter. If you are still swimming then after a swim covers up your body for some time ( so as to gradually allow your body to adjust to outside temperature) before taking a hot bath.
