I’m able to develop and implement effective lesson plans. This includes being able to identify the learning objectives for each lesson, as well as selecting and using appropriate materials and activities.
Leadership: I’m to lead their classrooms effectively. This includes being able to establish clear expectations, manage behavior, and motivate students.
Support for lagging students:
I’m able to identify students who are struggling and provide them with the support they need to succeed. This may include providing extra help during class, tutoring, or referring students to other resources.
