As I was a topper in my class, I always tried to understand the problems of fellow students who had some difficulty in different subjects. Then I realized that this is more due to fear of medical books than their capacity to learn. Since then I started helping my colleagues and knew how to tackle this problem. Surgery is a very interesting subject and there is nothing to be stressful about it. I evolved easy ways to teach Surgery as a crash course.
