1) Analyzing the client requirements and goals in depth first including noting down the current or previous injury status, lifestyle, noting down the current physiological parameters and understanding the ultimate goal, based on which formulating a customized training program for each client. 2) Creating a strong base or foundation with respect to exercise movements rather than just focusing on increasing weights initially. Form and technique is always given utmost importance over increasing poundage. 3) In-depth explanation including the anatomy or the joint action involved during any exercise or movement including the pros and cons of the same if any. 4) Maintaining an exhaustive training log to monitor each client's progress periodically. 5) Focusing more on client retention in the long run than the number of clients. 6) Giving my best every session as a coach or a trainer come what may and continuously motivating my each client throughout their fitness journey to become a better version of themselves, and thereby becoming more independent and functional in life.
